more freedom, comfort and authenticity. We all have numerous opportunities
daily to notice shame and fear of shame in
ourselves and others. If you are not noticing shame many times a day look more closely.
Ex. When I feel anger I know I am defending
against feeling shame or fear or sadness or a combination of those feelings
but it is usually shame.

I have been feeling/seeing anger as a sign of disharmony in emotional garden. Although it seems appropriate to be "burned up" at certain situations, the anger quickly escalates to emotionally charge the neighboring atmosphere. Remembering a deep breath helps me.
